• Rates are in US funds.
• Pay by personal or bank check. Credit cards accepted thru Paypal with additional charges.
• Summer rentals (except Pacific Beach) are a one week minimum stay starting on Saturdays.
• Monthly rates are for a 4 week period. Extra nights are prorated.
• No Smoking and no pets allowed.
• Refundable Security deposit required.
• All taxes and utilities are included.
• An $80 standard cleaning fee is charged against the deposit.
